Monica is a results-oriented real estate professional with over 2 decades of experience in residential real estate. She is a licensed Associate Broker in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
Monica began her real estate career working in sales for private home builders in the D.C. metro area before entering the resale market. In addition, Monica opened a property management company to manage luxury condominium rentals on Maryland’s burgeoning Eastern Shore second-home market. She has consistently been a top-producing agent in and around the Capital Beltway.
